In her recent visit to Davao City for the Grand Launch ofSeawind, Damosa Land’s newest residential project, Jodi Sta. Maria had theopportunity to enjoy the the best of what the city has to offer. Accompanied bymembers of Anflocor and Damosa Land, Inc. Jodi and her entourage got the chanceto tour a number of the company’s projects and properties.
The day began with a welcome lunch at theWhite House Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge wherein the guests were treated to afeast fit for royalty. Following this lunch, the group then headed to theAbreeza Mall for a quick photo op at the Damosa Land marketing booth.
The group then headed back to DamosaFairlane, Damosa Land’s residential subdivision, where Jodi and friends wouldrest and prepare for the night’s activities.
The economic growth in Davao Region, mainly Davao City on the real estate industry has stimulated homegrown developer Damosa Land, Inc.(DLI) to venture into more development projects.

HOMEGROWN developer Damosa Land Inc., (DLI) will start development of the first phase of its Seawind project by second quarter this year.
This, after DLI, developer of the prime Damosa Fairlanes,Â on TuesdayÂ received a permit from Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) allowing Damosa to start the land preparation for the project, among others.
PROPERTY developer Damosa Land Inc. is building a condominium project in its property in Sasa, the first condominium project of the company. Ricardo F. Lagdameo, vice president of the Anflocor Group of Companies subsidiary, said Seawind is the company’s major project this year.
Lagdameo told the TIMES the 2.8-hectare project will be characterized by both convenience and lower population density because only about a fourth of the land area will be utilized for the six buildings while the rest will be open space, roads and its amenities.
