Damosa Land is the real estate and property development company of the Anflocor Group, known for developing one of the first mixed use developments in Davao City, The Damosa District in Lanang.
The company began in 1948 as Davao Motor Sales, the exclusive Ford vehicle distributor in Mindanao with branches in General Santos, Cagayan de Oro, Butuan, Zamboanga, and Cotabato City. In the 1970s,the Group’s other growing business ventures in agriculture and trading led to the establishment of a central management group called Anflo Management and Investment Corporation (Anflocor) with Davao Motor Sales as its vanguard.
Ford distribution halted, however, when the Ford Assembly Plant in the Philippines closed in 1984. The management then decided to shift Damosa from being a vehicle dealership to a real estate development company, focusing on business and commercial spaces. Its flagship development was its mixed use development in Lanang, Davao City which included the Damosa District, Damosa Market Basket, Damosa Gateway, Damosa Business Center, IT Park, Microtel Hotel and the Topaz Tower. Other developments include Valley High and Microtel in General Santos, McPod, Sasa Onse, all in Davao City.
In 2012, the company ventured into residential development with the launch of Damosa Fairlane, a high-end house and lot community located in the heart of Davao City. The project is over 95% sold and construction of homes have been in full swing.
With more than 65 years of bringing growth and development to the shores of Davao, Damosa continues to create spaces where Davaoenos can thrive in their own home.
Welcome to Damosa Land. It’s good to be home.
